If you’ve googled your way through 100(+) web pages about how to stop overthinking,

if you're reading this at 3AM because you can't seem to turn your brain off,

if you're looking at your schedule tomorrow and already dreading the day because you aren't sure you'll have the energy to make it through,

I hear you. I see you.

I am so glad you're here.

I help people who are feeling stuck to get unstuck.  If you are someone who knows that there is a problem but can't quite put your finger on what that problem is - you're in the right place.

My goal as a therapist is to help you slow down and uncover the themes and patterns in your life.  Doing this often feels like turning on a light switch in a dark hallway and it can allow you to notice new options and solutions that weren't visible before.

If you are feeling stuck in overthinking and rumination, stuck in anxiety, or stuck not knowing how to move forward in your relationships, I'd love to talk with you about whether I might be the right therapist to help you.

And if you're looking for more details about my experience, my credentials, or my therapy modalities, keep scrolling and you'll find all that specific info below.
